(PC) Loading Screen freezing then canceling match

That loading screen issue is back.It will start out freezing then almost gets to the end but the bar doesn't fill up all the way.Then the loading screen stops,canceling the match,saying the killer disconnected.

Here's the screenshots. This bug NEEDS to be fixed. I tried to get into several matches today but got this stupid bug.
