Hatch doesn't open with key
Hello that just happend to me first time, not sure if bug or killers cheats, here is picture so you can see i had key and there was no way to open hatch i was trying twice when killer wasn't close to me, and when he follow me

And you were in dying state?

No, i was in normal fully health state when i tried first time, the second time killer followed me and i was hopping to open it but no success, so i only was able to take photo after that to be able to see you the bug

Was the killer using Franklin's? Did the key have any charges left if so?
Nevermind, just looked at the picture again and the key shows full charges. Was the killer standing on the hatch when you tried to open it?

no! as i told first time i tried when killer not even was close, when he hooked the another surv, and i was on hatch, to show where to go after i unhook him, so no success without killer near to me, neither with killer following me
