    Offerings: No idea.

Maps: Most likely there are problems on the Maps. I have read on the Forums that The Game can spawn with two closed walls next to the Generator in the room with the big Drop, which would mean it is impossible for Survivors to get there, if the Killer does not break the Wall.

For Dead Dawg, it might be possible that it was not intentional to remove a breakable Wall from the Main Building.

For Blood Lodge: No idea, but there will probably be something wrong as well.

In general, Maps get disabled if they cause problems like inaccessible areas, invisible Walls, Crashes, etc.
