The recent patch gave Trickster two buffs I am assuming. One of them is increasing his maximum throw speed bonus by 30 percent. What does that mean exactly and is that base kit. I'm thinking it's him just throwing his blades 30 percent speed instead of 20. Where does the bonus come into play?

As he throws his throw rate increases. Used to be 25% faster than initial, its now 30% faster than initial
