Franklin's a 'useless' killer perk as well, just good for toxic reasons. compared that nearly every exposed perk is useless on Legion, demanding scrapping another 'useless' killer perk wich he utilize better as most killers kinda sounds crap

Why? He is already bad enough.Legion is far from bad though. You must not be using the right build. 9/10 of my games as them I get 2 or more killers with them.
