I but DLC on my xbox account and now im on PC can i have my dlc ?

my pc account is not on steam but with the xbox game pass pc so can i have my dlc and my progression ??????

    No, cross Progression which includes cross purchases is only available for Steam and Stadia at the moment with Switch supposedly to follow ‚soon‘

    All Microsoft and Sony platforms don’t have confirmation if they will ever join.

    you cant connect xbox or ps4 at the time, but switch is supposedly coming soon.
