Clown's Useless & Removed Addons
- Kerosene Can- Who the hell cares about 30 seconds of blindness in a chase? Obvious garbage addon, whoever made it must not even play the game.
- Spirit Of Heartshorn- Bigger yellow clouds? If I'm throwing a yellow bottle, I'm throwing it at one specific area to give myself advantage at a loop. Making it bigger just gives more room for the survivor to take advantage of it. No reason to ever run this.
- Party Bottle- No one uses BP addons, just delete it
- The old ethers- Were these really so powerful that you felt the need to REMOVE them from the game? Was Ether 5vol% just too over the line for you, balance team? I forgot that cheap addons can't be decently useful unless you're Blight
- VHS Porn- This will work once on a survivor and never again
- Solvent Jug- What was once an S-tier Clown addon has been reduced to a small buff for the yellow cloud. I'd rather they kept the exhaustion and upped the rarity than do this. They should give this effect to the Heartshorn addon, bring back the exhaustion for Solvent Jug and up its rarity to purple.

It's rare that most of a killer's add-ons are actually relevant to their normal gameplay.

Eh, I like Clown's new add-ons, excluding some that you mentioned.
I'd bring back the exhaustion bottle for Kerosene Can, but nerf it to 5 seconds of exhaustion, I guess.
I agree that Spirit of Heartshorn is a terrible add-on, just bring back Ether 10 Vol% and replace it with that add-on.
I like the Party Bottle, it's a simple meme add-on.
For VHS Porn, same answer as above, but make the white smoke pink to survivors.
Keep Solvent Jug as it is, give the exhaustion to Kerosene Can.
I'd also change both of his iridescent add-ons, simply because they're just uncreative as hell.

They nerfed his expanded gas cloud one pretty heavily too. You used to be able to get absolutely massive clouds that lingered for a long time for some pretty good area-denial capabilities. Now they don’t expand the cloud nearly as much and the lingering effect has been removed.
The only real positive is that his second strongest addon combo, ether+bleach, got buffed pretty significantly by the reload change. That combo has always been pretty devastating but it was held back quite a bit by the slow reload.

Somehow they made Clown feel weaker than before
I used to run Chloroform+Makeup Kit every day and that combo has no synergy now.

It’s because the bottles actually have to break now before the gas comes out if you don’t get a direct hit. So it takes longer overall to actually gas someone and they are more likely to be away from the center of the cloud.

I want his insta-down to be change to if you hit an intoxicated Survivor while you are Invigorated, it is an insta-down.

What a… clueless idea.
Let’s change Wraith’s iri addon to make so all survivors are exposed for 5 seconds when coming out of cloak.
Let’s make Spirit have an addon that lets her instadown a survivor if she just came out of phase.

Yeah, and it requires at least “some” skill to aim. Not much, but some.
Would be more balanced if the addon reduced bottle count by 2, actually.

You can catch a survivor in the open and down them very easily with your idea. Now, the delay for the invigorating bottle may be an issue for the Clown but it’s still not a good solution imo.
His iris aren’t the problem right now. He has a weak overall kit and horrible addons overall.

I agree on the Ethers. It is a shame that the only Ether left is the 15%, which is purple. They should have kept the 10% and 5%.
Exhaustion however, it is ok that this is gone. Exhaustion Add Ons did not have any place anymore in DBD, they were created during a time where Exhaustion did not go down in Chases. Even nerfing it to 5 seconds would be too much, it does not matter if it is 5 seconds or 30 seconds, it basically means "Disable this Perk for 4k BPs".
And I dont understand why they kept the Pinky Finger. It is super-easy to get direct Bottle Hits if the Survivor is slowed down by the Gas before. They should have removed this one and kept the Ethers.
