Would Fire Up be better if it was the other way around? 🤔
Fire Up
Fire Up starts with 5 Tokens.
Each time a Generator is completed, Fire Up loses power.
- For every Token that Fire Up has: Gain a stack-able 3/3.5/4% Action Speed bonus to picking-up and dropping Survivors, breaking Pallets and Breakable Walls, damaging Generators, and vaulting Windows, up to a maximum of 15/17.5/20%.
Or maybe have it be like this...

Each time you break a Pallet or Breakable Wall, Fire Up gains a Token.
- For every Token that Fire Up has: Gain a stack-able 3/3.5/4% Action Speed bonus to picking-up and dropping Survivors, breaking Pallets and Breakable Walls, damaging Generators, and vaulting Windows, up to a maximum of 15/17.5/20%.
- Lose 1 Token everytime a Generator is completed.
- Tokens cannot be gained or lost when a 5th Generator is repaired.
The percentages can be changed too, it's just easier to read when having the current ones in place.

This wouldn't be very strong either unfortunately, Brutal or Bamboozle would still be far better.
Change it to gain a Token for each Unhook, up to 6 Tokens, and perhaps to 3/4/5% per Token. It wouldn't reach full power till at least halfway through the match, but would be better than similar perks once it gets there.
