Slight Change to Adrenaline
Adrenaline is quite a tricky perk, that often doesn't even gets used. But I think it requres slight modification to make it more fair on both sides.
My suggestion is to make 2 conditions to its healing ability.
- When 2 or less survivors are alive.
- When you are on a death hook.
I think it makes it more fair to killer, because giving free health state when survivors are already winning is kinda stupid ngl.

That makes it pretty weak, and I don't think adrenaline is very problematic right now. There's other perks to focus on

I just think it's dumb that survivors get very strong bonus when they're already winning.
And making it weak makes it OK, it can be very strong and survivors already have enough perks like that.

Why on earth would you want to make a perk weak? Build diversity is bad enough as it is, on both sides. We need to be buffing the weak perks, not making more of them
It's a perk that does 1 thing in the entire match, and it's not OP by any means. There's a fair bit of strategy to it as well

Acrually it's opposite of NOED, NOED is a second chance perk for killer. Adrenaline is a no chance to killer perk.
OK, OK. Then I think it should give you deep wound if you get up from dying state. Cuz let's be honest real adrenaline doesn't remove your wounds, but since it's a game we can at least make something believable.

Adrenaline is largely fine the way it is. If they changed anything it would likely be the ability to store it while on hook, if you were hooked when it activated.
I dont think it needs changing though. Also, the requirement that when two or less people are alive would destroy it since in my experience survivors almost never finish gens with two people left.

NOED is a second chance perk, while adrenaline removes almost any chance for killer. They are opposites to each other.

Lol adrenaline doesn't remove "any chance". Ranged killers can attack right through it, and it only lasts 5 seconds, so you can catch up in 10. Just because an opponent's perk is inconvenient for you doesn't mean it needs a nerf.
NOED is one of the most toxic and unhealthy crutch perks in this game, so I can tell what side you main based off your comments lmao. I main killer and even I know it's a problem.
Also, nothing about this game is realistic to real life, they're perks in a game, not a true story film

Most of the time you're not playing ranged killer, and even if you are, they can still dodge you. Plus I never said "any chance" I only said almost any chance. You can still down and camp someone, but it's hard to do in the endgame.
And although this game is widely unrealistic it can have some interesting form. You disregard my proposal for something realistic by saying this game is not realistic is just dumb. It's not the greatest trade off but it's something.

I think adrenaline should remove the come off hook full health thing, I think that's a bit stupid. Also remove the wake up when against freddy cause that literally just affects freddy.

Waking up when hit with adrenaline is actually realistic, so why won't you be deep wounded after getting up. BTW I too think that you should not wake up cuz of it.
