When using the syringe it does not show the indicator that shows you the time in which the item becomes effective.
-Use a brown medicine cabinet with a syringe and an abdominal bandage.

It just happened to me. I've been healed with a syringe by a teammate and I had no timer.

It's not only the Syringe, the indicator is completly bugged out. I tried playing Spasmodic Breath add on on Nurse and when I did the succesful blink hit and got the 4,6 speed, the indicator never popped up as it usually does.
