PC/Console - Got stuck cleansing a totem on the 2nd floor of Disturbed Ward

I was cleansing the totem on the second floor of the Disturbed Ward (Crostus Penn Asylum) and as soon as I finished cleansing it, my character suddenly levitated from the ground and got stuck there.
As seen on the photo, 3 crows were already flying above me. I could not move away from this spot, heal someone else, pick up an item or whatever.
The only time I got out was when the killer hit me and carried me off. :')

i too encountered this bug with a Dwight on my team getting stuck there.
