Lethal Pursuer
Should the devs make it an ultra rare offering?

No. The Perk is strong enough to take up a Perk Slot IMO.
5 -
Why? Its already a perk.
7 -
That would be such a disgustingly strong offering; comparable only to perhaps Mary's Letters and an RPD Badge.
1 -
No the perk is fine as is.
4 -
I dont think so that perk is like technician.if it would reveal the aura of one survivor each 30 secs would be a good perk.
0 -
Why? I don’t see any reason to do so, it’s fine as a perk.
2 -
No the perk is good actually, but it's a matter of taste. Those who ran Whispers to find surv as early as possible now have a perk that does exactly that.
The perk with Corrupt and Pop is an incredibly good combo.
3 -
Its a perk for newbies I mean is somehow easy to know on which gens will be the survivor like as technician reduce the chance of explosion (another newbie perk) If they wish to make it useful make it.Reveal the aura of a random survivol for 3 secs each 30 secs.

Yeah, a few seconds of vision at the beginning is totally worthy of 25% of your build. The sad part is most perks are so dog that I am not even being sarcastic.
5 -
It's already stupidly strong on slugging Nurses, so no.

it is not just a perk for newbies. You can have a rough idea where survivors will spawn as you input enough hours, but this perk completely eliminates the guessing and gives you consistent results every time. You will always have a "map" of the survivors. For such an inconsistent and fast paced game, a consistency perk is very nice.
Sometimes the survivors actually spawn VERY close to you. Like, basically in TR range.

I thought the same thing but a lot of high-level killers slobber over it, apparently they find the first chase THAT important
Personally I'd rather use Whispers and have a perk that helps both early and end-game
1 -
Nah. I love using it as a perk.
4 -
Not only that, but it can show you if you two are near the same gen so you can either isolate the individual, or pressure 2 survivors at once. As Ghostface, I prefer the solo because usually the other will run if only one saw me. But as someone like Nemesis, that is nearly a free tier 2.
1 -
It also helps with early game totem defense, if you see a survivor at the start heading in the direction of a totem you can head in their direction to either push them away from it or defend it if they manage to find it.

I agree with what most have said here, it would be too strong as an offering, and is actually a great perk, especially on mobile killers. It's still pretty useful even on non-mobile killers; I've been using it on Nemesis as a filler perk while prestiging, and getting into (and ending) that first chase quickly can set you up to win games decisively.

The thing is, the early game is the hardest part of the game for the Killer. Getting into your first Chase ASAP can help a lot. I also dont run it on every Killer, but for some Killers, I think it really has good value:
Myers-->Struggles with early game and I know exactly where to go to get out of Tier 1 quickly.
Legion-->I know how many Survivors spawned at a Spawn Point so that I can go to the Spawn where the majority of them is (sometimes they spawn that 3 are together and 1 is alone, so I make sure that I go for the 3 together)
Plague-->IMO it is good if I have someone infected early on.
Oni-->Early game where he does not have his power is his weakest, a neat side effect is that Survivors tend to hide at the start when they hear my Terror Radius to not give me the first hit, but it is easy to get, since I know where they are.
Nemesis-->To get the Mutation Rate going ASAP
Blight-->I am in a Chase immediatly.
But in theory, you can run it on every Killer, but I also use Whispers on others. Like, on my Nurse, I cannot really replace any Perks, so I stick with Whispers over LP.

It would be pretty bad i think because people would just farm them and use them if they dont use BP offerings
0 -
Yeah, usable offerings would be useless, I want more fodder in my bloodwebs.
0 -
Actually i run it on billy also nurse but ive goten loads of snipes with billy thats early pressure especially if i see another survivor near and know where he is i can slug or hook thats half the team not on gens from the start
1 -
I genuinely prefer it to corrup intervention. I just want to get a down in like the first 30 seconds, lol.
0 -
Oh yeah 9 seconds of use. Sign me up for that 3 perk game. So I can just see them all spawn across the damn map as Myers.
0 -
I can understans but depends on the killer lethal persuer can get u down in the first 30 second easily not only on high mobility killers ive gotten a down with slinger with it because he spawned at a deadzone
0 -
No i meant in a way that it would be too strong if you could farm it so much that you basically have 5 perks
0 -
Yeah and if its doesnt go to your totem btw the most common is you pursue him and other person cleanse it GG hexes.
0 -
Thats its anecdotical.Btw they spawned on a deadzone and were Afk or what the surv was doing becuz im supposing you last about 7-10 secs to reach that surv right?
0 -
This is fantastic. So many only focus on the 9 seconds but knowing exactly where everyone is and applying the most pressure is priceless most games. Yes the perk is best on 4-5 killers but still a good perks with most if you understand the whole purpose of the perk. Not to mention the synergy with corrupt eliminating corrupts biggest weakness (waiting it out in hiding).
1 -
No, it is fine.
It is not good for every killer, but it is really good for fast killers and possibly stalking too.
0 -
No. Perk is definitely strong enough that it doesn't need to effectively be a pseudo-fifth perk slot.
0 -
When it allows you to get an incredibly good start to the match, and apply a ton of pressure early on, it absolutely can be worth 25% of your build.
Corrupt Intervention is similar, as is Ruin. Ruin is typically gone within the first few minutes of the game, and yet it's still meta, because of the pressure it awards you early in the game.
If you fail to find a survivor within 30 seconds, you're probably losing 2 gens within 60.
2 -
That's kind of arrogant y'know, and wrong at the same time. At the start you have absolutely no idea of where are surv.
0 -
No. I think lethal should have a secondary effect though.

Im pretty seasoned at this game easily getting to low purple and I use it for fast momentum, for nemmy and will for stealth killers.. I know the general spots they will start but this also helps me know where the group is or if there's a straggler and their offerings can alter it as well. Also offering that splits them up is good only with LP so that you can get someone unbelievable close to you at start.
0 -
I agree with this. If you know what you're doing with it and know why you have it on your preferred killer than it can really change the game. I wouldn't put it on trapper or hag, but snowballing chase and stealth killers can use it really well at varying degrees
