I'm on the Xbox Series S and very recently EVERY game I play my ping is over 300 WHY????

All last year on the Xbox one s it was fin then really bad lag, bought the series s cause people said it ran better on those consoles and at 1st it was butter smooth but now It's a ######### Show and I WANT TO PLAY A GAME WITHOUT PEOPLE TELEPORTING AWAY. FIX THIS

    First, try to check your NAT type, if it's set to strict then try to change that, you can also try to get a wired connection if you're on Wi-Fi. Another method is to check your internet speed to see if there are any faults with your internet at home.
