PS4 - Permanent Palette on Gideon Meat Plant map

On the map, Gideon Meat Plant, there is a palette Survivors can drop next to a staircase on the upper level. When this palette is thrown, as Killer, the palette can not be destroyed. It becomes a permanent dropped palette for the rest of the trial and acts as an infinite loop for Survivors. This bug has occurred every time on Gideon Meat Plant since the most recent patch (Chapter 21 Patch). The bug feels game-breaking and makes the map unplayable for Killer.

    Specifically play as The Cenobite I’ve encountered the bug. I haven’t played other killers to know if it’s all killers or just Pinhead that runs into the bug.

    I have also experienced this bug, I managed to get a screenshot of the pallet. Oddly enough, this pallet can be broken from the other side only.

    I also found a pallet on The Game, that couldn't be destroyed on one side, and it was a different pallet than the above screenshot.

    I have seen the same issue on the same pallet on 3 different killers. Top of staircase, left if going upwards. Every time it gets dropped i can't destroy it from either side and the loop becomes an infinite. Killers it's happened to me on so far are Pig, Cenobite, Leatherface (<----even chainsaw would not break it, it counted as hard terrain and would start tantrum upon hit.)

    Edit: I play on PC as well so i believe it to be map specific.
