PC - Patch 5.0.2 lags and freezes

Since the update, the game is not running smoothly with ULTRA graphics and fullscreen anymore.
It's unplayable.
I have to put it in LOW and exit fullscreen so I can do the bare minimum and it still lags sometimes.

Having a similar issue. I play on super low graphics, lower than the lowest. Since the patch all the huds are HD, and the details/textures on the gens and stuff are too high quality despite being valued at 0 in the usergamesettings. I've had to set my resolution to 35 for a playable game.
