Rework for legion ultra rare add-ons!

I think some people will agree with me when saying that the ultra rare add ons for legion are terrible, ultra rare add-ons are supposed to be game changers and give the killer a notorious advantage, but you can barely note the changes of the add-ons when using them.

Iridescent button is decent but i feel it doesnt fit legion´s playstyle

I had this idea for it

-Terror radius is moderately reduced when not in frenzy mode (24 meters to 16 meters)
-When you enter frenzy your terror radius is tremendously reduced (24 meters to 4 meters)/completely silenced
-After hitting a survivor in frenzy your terror radius is tremendously increased (24 meters to 48 meters)
-You vault windows slightly faster
-Any Pallets you vault are immediately broken (no need to apply deep wound)

Fuming mixtape is perhaps the worst ultra rare add-on, just a poor copy paste of all seeing blood, it just doesn´t work on feral frenzy

i have 2 ideas to rework fuming mixtape

first one, similar to spirit

-Tremendously increases movement speed
-Moderately increases feral frenzy duration
-You can no longer see blood prints in frenzy mode

second one

-cool-down for attacking a survivor already in deep wound status effect is removed
-feral frenzy meter wont refill when attacking the same survivor
-slightly/moderately reduces feral frenzy duration
-considerably/tremendously increases feral frenzy cooldown speed
