Locked & Found Challenge not progressing

Description: I've used two keys to try and do this challenge, once by using a Green Key with the Gold Token add-on and depleting it entirely then again using a Purple Key and escaping via hatch. Neither of these methods progressed the challenge any further.
Steps: Select the Locked & Found Survivor Challenge then try to progress it using either of the methods listed above.
Often: As mentioned above, I tried doing this Challenge twice using two different methods.
