Locked and found challenge from tome 1 part 3 cant be unlocked

unlocked multiple hatches with keys, used blood amber to deplete, add on that lets you see survivors auras and nothing works

  I have same issue with that challenge. Tried different keys, tried to deplete them or open the hatch, nothing works.
