Hoarder/Pinhead
Title needs addressed. That combination is all-around oppressive.
As happy as I am to see a non-meta perk used, it's simply too much with Pinhead.

i thought about it , i used to think it was busted. but i hope to hell they dont change it cause right now. hoarder is worthless unless on pinhead.

That's the very issue, bud, and how overbearing it is with him. Thanks for joining the conversation.

well then i hope they nerf that part of pinhead not hoarder. cause i dont want another spirit situation where they nerfed stridor instead of spirits problems killing stridor.

I agree. My thinking is, if a survivor can't drop the box like any other item, why, then, should perks treat it as such?
A change needs to deal with the box, not the Hoarder perk.

Perhaps, if Pinhead could see the box, held or otherwise, within 6 or 8 meters of himself..

Remember they nerfed Franklin's because of nemesis

Also remember, once upon a slew of community outreach against generator speeds, they buffed Prove Thyself from 10% to 15%.
These are dangerous waters we tread, but tread we must.

No. The perk was changed due to the balancing decision to (further) reduce gen repair efficiency when working together. Prove Thyself was always meant to counteract that when 2 people are together.

Unless you are on a map like Wrecker's Yard, many maps you can pick up the box on the opposite of the map as pinhead and he won't get the notification. Plus Pinhead still has to be able to interrupt you opening the box which is not always possible if survivors are smart about when they pick up the box.

Buffed* the franklin's "nerf" actually made it stronger now that keys can't be used without charges.

Prove Thyself was buffed to 15% at the same time co-op gen speeds were nerfed from 10% to 15%. So it only offset the nerf if you use the perk.

It's really not that good. I'm so sick of these YT guys making videos, acting like something Is so good, through video. One game.
I've tried the build, It's still just mediocre when you play against good people. A lot of things have to go right for this build to be oppressive In any sense. You have to be In the right area. You have to actually locate the box carrier. You have to hit your shot. Then you have to down the survivor with the box.
A lot HAS to happen for this build to be effective. Any smart survivor Isn't going to pick the box up and Instantly start solving the box right where they stand. They will go to a strong tile. A lot of times they will wait until PH downs and picks up, then start solving the box.
This has counter play. It's not a good perk at all any way.
Learn how to pay against It before assuming It's this OP perk on ONE killer.
