Unable to cleanse totem in Dead Dog Saloon

Can't reach it to cleanse.

Same problem here too. This totem spawns at the building at the end of the street, opposite the saloon. Go around the back, and it spawns beneath the stairway attached to that building.

Yep just had a game where some killer got lucky and that exact totem was devour
It was just as much fun as you imagine it would be.
