SBMM is predictably awful
As killer my matches have become extremely difficult, I play games where despite by best efforts I can't win. This is normal but it's happening much more frequently. Then I play matches where I notice the survivors are easier to win against, so they hide rather than give chases. Currently I'm on a match on the Game at 3 gens and the last 10 minutes survivors haven't done any progress on the gens.
I'm sure behavior had good intentions, but you can't SBMM a asymmetrical game and believe good results will follow. Please consider removing it.

Then MMR is working correctly, if your best is where you can't win then that means you're not as good as you think you are. MMR takes a few games to adjust and that's what people seem to forget, it'll eventually pan out to your skill level. My MMR on freddy is currently at the point all I get is 4 stack SWF PC gamers that are way above average and that's due to me getting 3ks/4ks 20 games in a row. However, my MMR on ghostface is piss poor in which I get clueless survivors because I play him casually for fun.
Sounds to me like you're at your skill level if you're struggling to kill good survivors :shrug:

It's smug people like you that prevents this game from getting any better. Any criticism is just "well you're not good enough". Thanks thats very helpful.

I think what he should have said is that if your finding matches hard then it's working properly becusde the point behind the system was to match equally skilled players against eachother. Based on what your saying about long matches and your survivors being afraid of you but still putting up a good fight means it's working as intended.
Sbmm does not mean you get easy matches. Quite the opposite.
Again assuming it's working which I don't.

I switched to Clown and now I get consecutive 4k's idk anymore. I'm not a fan but it is what it is. Thanks for not telling me I'm bad but actually hearing me out.

BHVR always nerf killers perk or privilege.

No worries. Unfortunately I should warn you the system is supposed to track individual killers so if you find yourself getting 4ks eventually you'll play against better survivors as the Clown.
I think alot of this would be better if thendevs just said 2k or more is a win and 2 escape or more is a win bwcuase so many killers seem to think anything less than all dead is a loss
which is understandable its pretty easy to get a 4k with random opponents even if your not thay great at killer, even I manage to do it regularilyy under the old system (and probably the new one too becuse I doubt it works properly . )

That's the thing, I play with my friends who are newer to the game and we lose. No joke we've been 4k'd the last 5 games in a row. What happened to 2 kills and 2 escapes?
Before MMR I could play with my newer friends and sure we didn't win often but one of us could escape every other game. If only there were a casual playlist for this casual game smh.

DBD is not hard game, but you still need some knowledge and grind ######### tons of BP.

I get you, but I've never been on this bad of a losing streak. When MMR first came out and was still trying to figure out where everyone was we would play an escape probably 40 percent of the time, which was still enjoyable enough. I just think SBMM or MMR is bad for the game.
