Get Rid of Rarities
I am just starting to wonder why there are 3 rarity's of perks. It's just baffling. Get rid of rarity for addons and perks and offerings. Just make everything set and standard. I get having an essence of grinding but this game is more of a grind than World of Warcraft sometimes!

But if they get rid of perk tiers how will they pad their playtime with convoluted grind?

It's not the problem of being grindy just too grindy. I'd rather be spending all this time getting better at the game instead of grinding everything out. I'm not saying you can't do both. I'm certainly better than I was on day 1. But I often wonder if I ever come up short in my games due to lacking proper perks and build.
