We need a fair and just game environment and don't blindly favor human players. If your technical ability is not good, you need to improve yourself through game time, rather than cry to the production team to weaken the killers and destroy their game time and experience for several years to meet your personal fast and shortcut game experience.

Grades is just playtime. BHVR has realized this along time ago, which is why we got MMR.
Gen time based om MMR may be a thing we need, but BHVR needs to judge that.

Hell no. This is really, really bad idea.
You don't want to punish SWF, because you don't want to discourage players to bring friends to dbd.
Not all SWF are dead squads and that comes from 90% killer main, where 10% are part of dead squad.
You also can't really nerf all survivors, because soloQ sucks.
Best option imo is to buff weak killers, so there is more killers capable to handle even good survivors, if player is good enough.
Making gens slower is boring and it will only make players lose on purpose, if based on MMR.

Playing voice games with friends is cheating. Although there is no way to stop it, I can improve and balance it through this method. They have common eye liner and information, and can communicate quickly to gain the advantage of the game. Five years later, they should be weakened.

So what about players which don't use discord etc.? There are people like that.
You can't prove they are using it, so you are just gonna punish everyone? That makes no sense and you have no idea how many players would leave because of this.
Not all SWF are dead squads, some players are just noobs, who want to enjoy the game with friends and you would not make that good experience for them.

Voice coms is not cheating.
Please note, that in our Official Discord we have specific voice channels set up so that people can play together in voice chat.

Maybe it's not cheating as such, but you can't deny the fact that voice coms give an unfair advantage, allowing the sharing of information survivors without coms cannot.
Perks can't compensate for that either, and shouldn't, as that would still mean that swfs have an unfair advantage, as they wouldn't be forced to run information perks.
Voice coms are inherently unfair towards killers and solo survivors alike and it's an irrefutable fact that the game is currently not balanced for it.

So the definition: Cheating in online games is the subversion of the rules or mechanics of online video games to gain an unfair advantage over other players, generally with the use of third-party software.
Important part is "of the rules". Basically it is up to game developer to decide, what is considered cheating.
You have games, where they ban players for abusing bugs (LoL) and you have games where they don't (Dota).

If devs don't consider it cheating it cleary isn't then.
Also op, your suggestion is nothing new. People are suggesting it for a while, even some streamers.
While I think that swf can be unfair and something should be done, I am not sure of this approach at all. And like others said grades are not connected to matchmaking anymore.
