Make survivor fast vaults based on tokens
Survivors have 10 tokens for fast vaulting. Every time they fast vault, one is used. While in a chase, the tokens regenerate once every 10 seconds. Outside of a chase, token regenerate every 5 seconds. When out of tokens, survivors can only medium vault until they have more tokens.
This would force survivors to be more mindful of when their vaulting rather than simply always having this power at their disposal.
Either that, or take away standing fast-vaults at pallets.

Kick the pallet? Also entity blockers exist

Only 10 tokens? How the hell are they supposed to loop with only 10 tokens that regenerate while they are looping? Biased killer mains... I just can't even believe you would suggest such an oppressive change.

the only thing related about fast vaults i want is.... while NOT exhausted, rushing any window having Lithe make it a fast vault, as Balancing Landing stun reduction does.

You obviously don't play survivor at a high level. If you allow yourself to get looped around a pallet so hard that a survivor can fast vault 10 times across the same pallet, that's your own fault. Break the pallet and move on.
If you're talking about survivors that chain loops together and use different windows to prevent Entity blocker, you're handicapping survivors for being efficient, mindful of their surroundings, and having skill instead of mindlessly holding W.
Vaults do not need a token system. You just need to learn when to kick a pallet or drop a chase, it seems.

Its an interesting idea but probably a bit too oppressive to work well in game.
I'd like to see a kind of trip or fall mechanic, if you are busting through vaults in succession then you get an increasing chance of tripping on the vault. Causing you to lose speed sort of opposite to the burst of speed from fast vaulting.
I think it would make some plays more interesting, add a risk reward element to vaults and offset some of the insane RNG of double windows that still persist on some maps.

I think this would only add to the risk of pallets and vaults and make the hold W problem people keep bitching about worse tbh.
