Traps at pallets
Is it intentional design that some placements of Trapper traps at pallets cannot be disarmed? The only way to avoid it is to drop the pallet

Are you playing on console/controller? I think it’s a Problem about priorization of actions when they are bound to the same key (which is a problem for the default setting for controllers)
if you look at a specific angle at the trap you should get the prompt.

I found setting actions to R3 is much better. Drop pallets with R3, heal with R1. No more accidents with unintentional pallet drops and didn't take long to get used to.
Keep interactions as R1.

yes, i am using a controller on ps5....@Purgatorian i tried something similar before but it still did not separate the actions/controls...it worked for you, no problem? When did you make the change?

if it helps I have noticed on the controller if you crouch up to it and position it perfectly the drop pallet button can be covered by disarming trap so you can disarm a pallet trap. It just takes a while and you have to make sure to do it perfectly, or else it won't work, hope this helps. :)

I only changed them about 3 or 4 days ago.
Actions are for dropping pallets, vaulting etc. Interactions are gens, traps, healing etc. Make sure you change the right one.
Took me about 5 or 6 games to get used to, had some confusion at times before that lol.
