Is this a hacker? Or what?
I'm in a match right now where when I was chasing the last survivor he jumped into a locker and, well, I can't open it. He's just sitting there, literally as I type this, has been sitting there for over 10 minutes. I shut the hatch and the end game collapse started and when the timer ran out it made the noise like the entity got him but he's still just in the locker, the game didn't even end after the timer.
Is this guy hacking and forcing me to DC? if not what is this? has anyone experienced this before?

It could be a hack or another locker bug

You should definitely make a clip and report it in-game and via support ticket (additional player report information)
if he wasn’t hacking but it was indeed a bug he won’t get punished for it.
