So no more NOED with the new boom totems ?
Once the Exit Gates are powered and there is at least one Dull Totem remaining in the Trial Grounds,
Does that mean if you have a boom totem at the end and no more dull you lose the perk before even lit. Do i get it right?

I dont know if there is a priority or something ... But I guess the best play should be to snuff out the boon right before doors are alimented.

Thats what logic dictates. You cant have a hex on a totem that is already used for something else.

That sounds like the case, but maybe they change noed for this or increase the number of totems. We'll know when the PTB drops

I have a feeling that any hex that would normally activate and has no available dull totems to activate on will snuff out a boon totem and take its place. It would be hilariously stupid to have a blessed totem work as a proxy-counter to hex perks that switch totems or don't begin the trial lit.

It wouldnt be stupid, it would just mean killers cant ignore blessed totems. But i do believe survivors being able to re-bless totems is a bit too overpowered. There should at least be either a cooldown or a once per match blessing like hex totems.

Well the boom totem will not count as dull so it seems that they way it;s gonna work

I think if there is 1 totem left (Boon), and Killer has Noed and go to disable Boon, Noed will activated. Since their condition is Gates powered + any Dull left will randomly spawn on a Dull.
Just like Adrenaline doesnt necessary to activate right at the Gate powered moment.

But the thing is adrenaline always work that way , on the other hand NOED need a dull totem and ain every map there are only 5 of them. So if the last one is boom totem ( not dull) that's mean you counter NOED with just that .

Already confirmed that if the only totem left is a Boon totem, it will auto-snuff out any Hex totems that would activate. For example, 1 Totem left and it has a boon on it, exit gates are opened and the killer has NOED, it will not overwrite the boon totem. Also, if the killer cleanses the Boon totem after the gates are powered, NOED will still not activate because it only activates when the doors are powered.

By the wording of the perk you are correct. NOED would not activate.

As a long time killer main, NOED is not a risky perk at all, it's just powerful. Unless the survs have a designated cleanser with a map or Detective's, NOED will happen. I think this particular boon totem interaction will be fine. Plus, you have a built in detection for boon totems as a killer, so if you think your NOED is at risk, get rid of the totem if the gen count is low.
Also, we still have no idea what the boon perks are even going to look like. So, too early to pass any judgement. I'm waiting to see if it will shake up perk diversity some. I can see people running totem detection perks along with boon perks. This greatly limits their meta selection.
