Hello, I feel that the hard of hearing need some support getting the perks they need to be able to play at a good level, I was hoping you could add a survivor that helps kickstart the process for hard of hearing people. I wouldn't be saying this without experience. I've been playing without use of my sound card (the mother board is dying)

and I've found that its extremely hard to play, without things like spine chill unlocked I would be very hard pressed to continue playing and spine chill isn't as likely as it could be if it were used in the base kit of a survivor made to assist the hard of hearing.

My recommendation is to make a hard-of-hearing survivor, maybe a woman factory worker with tinnitus or a veteran as I view them as admirable people to add to the game and I feel a connection with those blue color jobs. I recommend making spine chill their perk this would be a base perk that isn't locked to this survivor, but is given to them automatically, the next thing I would do is give them something to visually flash the pre-repairing-skill check perk so that there is now a visual element to the prompt sound. I would give them that and one for healing and call it "irritation"

Your vision is sometimes clouded by the entity your FOV is blurred around the edges while the entity is displeased, you are somewhat less likely to get skill checks. This would make looking around you more important and engaging for the more visually tuned players and also help alleviate the problem that they need to use their eyes to detect the killer, but also has a downside that matters to them or players without this problem. This blur could look somewhat similar to wraith's stealth walk, to look like watering eyes.

As for killers I feel the doctor is the best able to be used if you have a hard time detecting sounds because you can check the immediate area around you with your primary ability and then the shocking into madness ability deters people hiding in brush or around objects to stay there so you can then see the scratches if they run.

My recommendation is to either give a discount for the hard of hearing or to some how make Doctor a base killer. I feel doctor is worth sacrificing to be inclusive to the hard of hearing.

I had an idea of maybe a small icon being added to the game that glows a certain color depending on Killers range in terms of terror radius.

Green if you are outside of it, Yellow when Killer is near, Red when VERY near. Stealth Killers do not proc this, it is entirely Terror Radius dependent.

Hello thanks for the suggestion, but I feel that, that could be a unique item perk similar to Pharmacy. Maybe an ability to get a map with a token or addon for seeing the aura of the killer within a certain distance. The map could be a unique item or it could simply be that this unique addon makes the map a 1 use item.

and maybe we can give this survivor a guaranteed premonition as a starting perk in the tree.
