Legion is the BEST killer in the game, thats why he's so WEAK.

Isnt it ironic? How the BEST killer in the game is so weak because of It? You dont see why? I'll show you why.

I've been playing Legion a lot since he came out and to be honest I think his power desing is incredible and really unique. Yes, I really like his power.

The thing is... His power is poorly design.
You might be thinking "what the **** is this guy saying? He just said the exact opposite". Let me explain.

When activating his power The Legion can vault pallets and windows, and whenever he hits a survivor who is not in the deep wound status effect the locations of all the survivors who are inside his terror radius are revelated and his power is inmediatly recharged.

This means there is no counter play to it.
You want to throw down a pallet? He'll jump it. Want to jump a window? He'll jump It as well. Want to hide to finish that gen you and your teammate were working on? He can see where you are.

The ability to break all survivor defenses makes the Legion the best killer in the game. The killers objective is to hook-kill survivors, but to accomplish that he must pass trough their defenses, such as hidding, looping, etc. All killers in the game were designed to give some kind of mind game when they are in a chase (Clown with his bottles, Doc and his shock wave) or at least reduce the timing it takes to down a survivor by taking their first health state down when not in a chase (Wraith, Pig, Myers, etc.) And to all people comparing Legion with Nurse I tell you that the Nurse takes skill to use and she can be outplayed way easier than any Legion player.

All those killers have the time at their disadvantage. The more they chase, the weaker they get, because the survivor being chased will have more probabilities of escape. And now this is why Legion is the best killer, he makes it so that the survivor being chased has the time at his disadvantage because the longer the chase, the more defenses The Legion will break, therefore more hits. You can be the best survivor in the game and you can loop a killer for ages, but when It comes to Legion there is no counter play, you'll go down sooner or later.

At the same time this is why he is so weak. We find ourselfs before Legion was even teased, ok? BHV has created the best killer in the game because there is no counter to him. What can they do to make him fair? Make his power not lethal. This is why his power doesnt work with exposed and why it takes so many hits. Because using his power takes no skill at all, yes It is super fun, but It takes no skill. Despite the number of hits needed to down a survivor, Legion players will constantly spam their power because sooner or later even the gratest survivor of this game will go down.

So survivors realized there is nothing they could do against that, so they just dont heal and dont work together because It wont matter if you get hit while injured or not, and you'll also go down anyway so lets just mend and gen rush.

Killers realized their power alongise the 110% movement speed would take a lot of time to down a survivor, even if the survivor will go down anyway. Because of these they rely on the "breaking chase' mechanic, therefore making It even harder for the survivor and not fun at all for either side.

My suggestions to make The Legion a fun, viable and also fair character to play with and against:

1. Reduce the stun time when you cancel the power manually. I already made a post about this so Im not gonna explain why. This is the buff this character needs to be viable if the devs still dont want to give him the 115% movement speed. Go read the post if you want to know why.

2. Make It so that deep wound effect desnt go down when inside Terror Radius. This wont allow The Legion to exploit the "breaking chase'" mechanic.

3. Make mending inside Terror Radius reveal the survivor aura. That way survivors will have to break chase and then get out of terror radius to be save, and they wont be able to abuse cheap jukes and mending right next to the killer as soon as they loose him.

4. When hitting an injured survivor make It so that the number of hits equals Franks Mixtape add-on. These will force the survivors to heal or take a risk if they dont. Therefore his power will have a reason to be used, the more people who are mending and healing the best, they wont spend time repairing gens.

5. Make It so that you have to hit a healthy survivor 5-6 times instead of 4, these wont allow the killer to go for those easy kills and force him to play with the manual cancel mechanic which I already explained in my other post, and It will also give survivors a chance to fight back.

To all people I say this:

Dont expect BHV to buff or nerf this character as soon as they see the entire community complaining. This is a really hard killer to balance and any wrong move could make him insanely good or insanely weak. Please be patient.

And to BHV I say this: 

I honestly think that this killer is amazing. The way he looks, and the way he plays. In my opinion, he is one of the most fun killers in the game.
The fact that people dont like him is not just because they think is weak, its because they also love the way he looks and plays and they want to have fun with him and at the same time be able to kill some people, thats why there are so many posts out there asking for buffs.

Im pretty sure this wont be my last post about this character because lets be honest here; we all want BHV to succeed with the upgrades on this character. I know they will, and when they do I'll be one of many to say here in the forums that they've done a pretty good job so far.

    jup, Legion is the best killer even NOW! let me explain: each killer has it's own style, either laying traps to endanger ares, sneaking up undetected, chainsawing/EW3ing em for instantdowns... or 'teleporting'... but Legion is different; he's a territorial killer... / the way i play Legion is purely on 3-4 gens lockdown in a area, his whole kit works for that... and as time progresses, pallets are gone in this area, items are used up and most importantly the focus of the survivor PLAYER drains over time... / i'm a sadist, i love toying with my prey and Legion just works out for me, especially he's the perfect anti-genrush killer; just defend ur 3-4 remaining gens cuz it doesn't matter how fast they done all other gens, cuz as long they can't fix the final gen it's the same as u got 5 gens at the start but with a smaller map now... / just toy with em, harrass em until they realize how powerless they are cuz what worked against other killers not work on Legion; he deals with every survivor in his radius at once unlike most killers, he got nearly best tracking in his radius, he forces a passive lethal ailment forcing survivors either to spend time or get themselves downed, and with the right perks: thanatophobia, overcharge, monitor&abuse, PgtW or Sloppy butcher u annoy em like hell while upholding ur defense... / ofc that playstile isn't for everyone but THEN play another killer that fit ur style, u hate runing around placing traps wich may never trigger then u not play Hag/Trapper right?, or stealthy plays too boring? no Pig, Wraith, Myers for u correct?, direct approaches like a boar makes u think u brainless? i doubt u main Hillbilly, Leatherface, Clown and many other killers... long story short; in terms of objectives in the game, Legion is the best killer in preventing survivors progressing their own: however be prepared for LONG games but if u care about the outcome of a game then u always get at least 3kills

    I thought it was perfectly clear why Legion is so bad and why he could be so powerful without all of these limitations. It's nice that someone made a post about it at least.
