[Hillbilly] Heavy Clutch on Survivors?

Iv tried looking for an answer online but cant seem to find it and my own tests are inconclusive.

Does Heavy Clutch change the difficulty to hit survivors through collision?

ie: Backrevving

    Theoretically it narrows down your hitbox and as such increases the difficulty of hitting a survivor when backrevving, albeit not by much; I might be missing something, though.
