The Q&A Was Great!
It showed us a lot of what might be coming up soon and ckarified a lot of questions the communtiy had! maybe ill se less of the same 1 million post and comments about the same things.
(And I know some people were a bit mad about the whole sbmm survivor thing but as long as we dont play soley to boost our mmr we should be fine.)

I really expected them to talk about the matter of hackers. It was decently upvoted post as well. Oh well, I guess.

just because they said they werent adding a low graphics mode doesnt mean they are abandoning console. Like they said a low graphics wouldnt help because its a processor issue and not a gpu issue. Also the midchapter is going to have optimization fixes too.

Yeah I was somewhat ok with the Q&A. It felt like there was a lot of "we can't say" in there. I know that they say they don't want to make empty promises but It doesn't exactly feel better hearing maybe, maybe not.
Also the SBMM seems a bit... flawed by how they described it. If you have high MMR there is a chance that the useless claudette would be there but if you think about it that claudette doesn't exactly go up at any point. They die as last survivor they loss points, not a lot but they do. They escape through hatch, they get nothing changed. Meaning at no point do they go up. So at a certain point, the MMR would be that at a certain range there would be only players that actually do something meaning the survivors would constantly win. This being said we know very little about the killer mmr. So depending on the killer MMR system, survivor MMR seems very fair at the same time slightly flawed.

The issues that our console users are currently facing would not be helped by lowering the graphics as the issue is more CPU/HDD based. We do have some updates coming with the next chapter patch (they were shown on the PTB Patch Notes), that should help the situation.
