Your presence alone instils great fear.
Survivors within your Terror Radius have a 30/40/50 % penalty to the Healing progression speed.
Once outside terror radius of the killer, this effect persists for 10 seconds.

    It's pretty useless in it's current state, unless you go for a specific build. Most of survivors don't heal within killer's tr. It should help Legion a bit. Survivors got the same kind of buff to a few of their perks not so long ago.

    I was thinking the exact same thing! Like the killer's version of leader, Streetwise, and Vigil. It should also affect Unnerving Presence, and Overwheling Presence.

    Or just use distressing to increase your terror radius??
