Stridor did not and does not need a nerf in my opinion. They simply changed how audio can be modified by perks, i think that was fine, but now it has resulted in many add-ons and stridor being completely countered by this one survivor perk.

I'd be so interested if we could get some kind of stats as to how often stridor is being used.

I don't play with headphones, so I don't have a real dog in this fight - but I just want to point out that Lightborn deletes a game mechanic (killer stuns/blinds) by simply equipping a perk.

Stridor should counter this and reduce the effectiveness of IW by the respective amount but we all know BHVR stopped with perk counter perk, so Perk VS Perk and then skill comes into play isn't going to ever change. Why? Because people whine and complain to much saying nerf, delete, remove, never adjust, balance add a counter to it or improve something else to make it not as appealing, their are a multitude of perks that are garbage and BHVR isn't going to bother with it anytime soon. Unless you know, open your wallet.

Like the upcoming nerf will destroy spirit lol, its a perk for a killer, more than fair.

Most survivors wanted spirit nerfed, classic. Also some random coming in to contribute nothing to a conversation and try to be funny about it. classic. Spirit only needed a phasing sound regardless of how close people were to her terror radius not a gutting for directional audio and possible visual indications of where she is exactly, the devs took this nerf too far.
