How to lower mmr?

Im stuck in the wrong mmr so i was wondering the fastest way to lower my mmr?
I have played 10 matches today and all games have been a 4 man escape, but the games are taking so long because the survivors are making fun of me xD

If you think MMR/SBMM is balanced you are sorely mistaken.
Skill based matchmaking implies the level of skill of a player.
Killing or escaping does not imply skill and could be just pure luck. (AFK player, lucky hatch escapes so on and so forth)
Skill should be measured in many aspects, as a killer, gen defense, chase, how fast the chase ends, so on and so forth.
I am a 60 hour killer and I am being matchmade with players with 5k hours into the game, I barely know the maps, let alone all the loop designs and how to counter them.
Matchmaking is unbalanced, from what I see on the forums, even old players are leaving the game, and I can 100% tell you that the current state of the game makes new player get the f**k out of this game ASAP.

MMR needs to be able to determine relative skill. This system doesn't do that. Keep telling yourself it does.

Either die as a survivor or let the survivors escape as killer.
You don't have to stand AFK, you can actually play however you want because that doesn't matter. Just make sure you die in the end or make sure that you never kill anyone.
