Boon totems is fatal error of devs.
Dear devs u really thing that killers will play after this 21.5 uptade?Heal without medkit and heal 100% speed and survivor can change hex to boon totem (change and brake hex together).How do u think how will use survivors this this things with SWF and voice?How will use with detective Tapp perk? Are u serious?Sometimes I think u hate people who play killers. It is big mistake add this in game.

But if everyone runs to the area where that perk is in effect then at least it becomes easier to hit everyone with your power quickly and negate their heal.

It is a big mistake, devs have no clue at this point i feel, they don't listen to the community at all. Otherwise something like this would never even be written as an idea

The biggest mistake is giving the survivor an infinite amount of time they can bless a totem it should be one time and when the perk is snuffed out the perk is destroy just like hex

as otz once put it, healing against legion is a bad idea, healing this quickly against legion might not be a bad idea

Those totems are too easy to find. Killer can hear a directional sound as soon as he enters boon area.
They would be useless if they had limited uses.

If the killer go out of his way to destroy a boon that free time survivor have for gen. If a survivor brimg the killer in that area its mostly because he have shadow step so whatever happen the survivor should be able to end the chase right there and waste the killer time by having him to look for someone else. Imagine that until the game is over im sorry but this is too powerfull for all the benefit you have. Dont forget this work on the entire team not just you that make those perk op in my opinion because as a survivor you have the potentiel to have 6 perk available to you if one of your teamate place a boon

So make them harder to find.
- Remove the loud notification when a totem is blessed. Let the killer figure out that a boon totem is in play. (maybe the killer gets a small Blessed icon on the side of the screen, inverse to Cursed, the first time someone is healed within CoH, or when chased within the area for SS) This ensures that you get to use the totem at least once.
- Reduce the range of the directional sound to under 10m.
Then given them a single use per totem, snuffing it out destroys the totem.
This way, a Bless is treated identically to a Cleanse, and every way in which a boon totem interacts or does not interacted with Hex totems or other totem perks, is consistent.

Honestly it would be fine if each totem can only be cleansed once. Once a killer snuffs out a totem it can't be relit at that position. This way if you are solo you have the chance to reuse it since at least boons are area restricted but it would make killers snuffing them out actually matter.

honestly I personally would never use the boons and I personally as a survivor will cleanse all totems I see weather boon dull or hex totem. i am not going to allow NOED to become even more prevalent in my matches. and unless they make it so killer destroys the totem when he takes out a boon iam not going to risk it.
