Description: Unlock the Trapper Halloween Cosmetics before reaching the needed level in the Premium rift.
Aditional Info: My friend also unlocked the mask and weapon despite not having the premium pass.

I can vouch for this- I at least for sure have the pumpkin blade cosmetic unlocked currently and I've not even bought the Rift.

They don't do that. They just remove it from everyone that hasn't earned it. Happened with Meg in a past rift.
