Cannot break BOON on Yamaoka in shack

I was not able to break the boon totem in the killer shack on Yamaoka map.
The wooden box blocks access

Most shack totems are like that. Also totems on Midwich cannot be snuffed if they are is lockers but maps are still enabled

Also a killer cannot vault the window by the stairs if he is exiting the Yamaoka family home.
