The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

That's a lot of charms
29 charms within the brand new rift pass, most of which are locked away in the premium tier. Look to each their own, but when over half of what's being offered is nothing more than something I can wear upon my belt or a hook, then I feel like I could be better using my money elsewhere.

The biggest travesty is we don't have a Dweet charm.

I wish charms are more interesting.
The only ones I like now are basically any of them that glow lol, since it makes them more visible at least.

crossover events be like…
FOR HONOR DEVS: New gameplay, AI
DBD DEVS: Charms

It's easy to make content they can use to fill the the rift so it seems better than it is. The worst thing is you get 5 (or is it 4?) versions of the same charm, twice per rift.
One thing that bugs me about how many we have is that at some point they made it so selecting a charm takes you to the page it's on when it didn't always work that way. Making it really tedious if you wanna change up all 3.

90% of the charms are boring.
I dont use them, most of them are ugly, or you have multiple versions.
It should have way more skins in the battlebass, than charms.

This cracked me up because it couldn't be more true. For Honor is literally incorporating actual gameplay, whereas BHVR is giving us more charms. Like I said to each their own, but I hardly even acknowledge charms anymore since our attention needs to be focused elsewhere.

I hate that there are so many charms and no way to choose which ones you actually want to have appear in your customization menu. It's a junk drawer where you can't find anything, new ones are useless because you have to skip through page after page after page to get to them, and the annoying majority of the charms are flat recolored filler.

I hate them.Used to like them but the execution feels underwhelming.Like, what am i supposed to do with them if i got like 80+ pages of them and i can only wear 3 of them?
Their sole purpose is to make the battle pass look better than it is.

Sad but true. Upon looking at the rift you see that there are nine pages of content to unlock, which seems awesome, until you realize that over half of it is nothing but useless charms. It makes you wonder why in the world are we spending our money on this? Money talks, and if people stop buying the rift pass, then it will force BHVR's hand to give us something actually worth buying.

But as you see,
people are still spending money on this game (which is totally fine) so BHVR has absolutely no reason at all to actually put effort into this game

I mean you get the 1000 auric cells you spent on it back when you reach tier 70 which means that if you never spend them, the battle pass will always be free for you. There are lots of games where you HAVE to spend money monthly to buy the premium pass so we shouldn’t complain.

the charms are pointless, you can’t see some of them real well on survivors.

You're not wrong, and if you can find enough enjoyment in dead by daylight to grind out the rift each time so that you get your money back, then more power to you. At best I have one or two hours each night to play games, and there are a lot of games out there all vying for our attention, and playing dead by daylight isn't exactly the kind of game that allows me to put my feet up and relax with at the end of a long day. I'm a very casual player, and grinding and playing sweaty isn't exactly something that I find particularly fun, which is why I usually prefer story-driven single player games.

Unless the charms are glowy, you can’t see them on survivor….and even then they’re too small to really tell what they are.
1 -
Not to mention the premium tier always ends with a charm. All of that grinding to get to level 70, and your reward is a charm every single time. Like, seriously?😑

i wish the bloodweb one had a more intense effect on survivors, due to its small size you can hardly tell it glows or bleeds
looks perfectly fine on a hook but ye

I love the charms! I need all I can get ;)

Worst possible battle pass on the market
Atleast I can buy the cod cold war battle pass and feel Iike I'm actually getting something

Ya'll are too critical of this rift pass.
I think it's quite charming, personally. (I couldn't resist.)

I like charms that have their own meshes, but the charms that are just a square or circle with a picture printed on them are pretty filler-feeling.
Still holding out for little dolls of each killer that I can hang on my belts or my hooks.

Couldn’t have said it better myself.
I feel like, in the beginning charms sounded like a cool idea, but now they are just…there. They feel like fillers to the RIFT track, rather than something you’d wanna wear.
IMO they should have made accessories in general. Backpacks, scarfs, 2 versions of same hair released for a survivor being featured, accessories that maybe make sense with the outfit that are being featured through that track.
There are so many ideas.

They wouldn't bother me if they stopped repeating the ones that have like 4 versions of the same charm. Charms also need to be organized better for selection because it's a nightmare having to scroll through so many pages of them.

Yeah, but those games offer fantastic forever exclusive items, which you want and will never be available again. Some games also pay you to finish the Battle Pass. DBD's is mainly useless charms and a few skins that the store will later sell. There isn't any incentive to grind it out; it's more incidental for me that I reach 70. If I do, I buy the pass; otherwise, no. Idc about the "free" skins I will never use anyway. Free stuff isn't worth it unless you get the value out of it. $100,000 worth of skins for characters I never use has no value for me, so that doesn't compel me to go out of my way to sink time into The Rift.

Charms would be very cool if few existed and were awarded after you accomplished some notable feats, including reaching level 70 in The Rift. Now it's the go-to item for everything; we are swimming in useless and ugly charms. They don't feel unique or distinctive enough and are meaningless.

I've literally never been excited for a charm before. I wonder if there's really any charm enthusiasts out there.

Me! I love collecting the charms and use them on all my characters.

Accessories would have been so much more welcome. Instead of a handful of charms that are all identical to one another, give characters different accessories that they can wear with their outfits. At least that way you can show something off that's far more noticeable than something that's a fraction of a millimeter on your television/monitor.

The worst part is that they've heard the feedback EVERY SINGLE TIME. Nobody, NOBODY, likes those garbage wooden-to-red charms, nobody uses them, and yet they give us 10 that are just duplicates of 2 over and over and over. They have to be able to see the stats of the literally zero people who equip them because they're just junk.
But they give zero shits and just keep putting them there as a big middle finger to the players.

I'm sick of charms tbh.
I only use the reward charms of the 4th page of the tomes because they are almost the only cool not paid charms (premium rift). I have tons of charms I'll never use.

And most of them are 2d images based on add ons/powers

Like at the fact that BHVR partnered with NFTs

I for one wished other things were more concentrated on then charms, say bugs.

What's really discouraging is when the moderators take a popular post from the general discussion forum and stick it in the feedback and suggestions section. Not saying this doesn't qualify as feedback, but the general discussions is the most popular section within the forums, and when something gets moved sometimes it feels like they're trying to bury it and hope it goes away. This post was existing just fine since yesterday within the general discussions section, and now all of a sudden it's not there anymore. It's almost like they think the fewer eyes that will see a legitimate concern or complaint the better.
