Clairvoyance
When Within 8-Meters of a Standing or Cleansed Totem,Clairvoyance Activates.Press the Active Ability-Button while Empty-Handed and Motionless to Channel Clairvoyance.The Channel-Action takes 12/11/10-Seconds.While Clairvoyance is Active,the Aura(s) of Pallets,Windows,Vault-Locations,Exit-Gate Switches,Generators,Chests,Hooks,Hatch,all other Survivor's,and The Killer within 32-Meters are revealed to you.

About the Concept,I think the changes create more opportunity to Interact and Reward for scouting and being nearby Totems.But of course this aspect has diminishing-returns in a live-scenario.

It might be easier to type: you will see everything except totems.
It need a little buff, but this is not little...
Add "all other Survivors" should be enough and keep how perks works now...

I think a good QoL would be to show the aura's quicker. Now it takes half a second of channeling to begin showing the aura's. That is half a second per use wasted.

Just put totem auras in it and it would be fine. Who need auras of hooks if you dont sabotaging them? Who needs auras of chest if you never took plunderers? Who needs gates if you already can see the notification? Who need gen auras if you have visionary that doesnt need an activation?

Yeah, try to compare it with other totem hunting perks.
Perk that require totem cleansing to use, should not show more totems after it...

I would be fine with it showing other survivors, then I would use it.
It would be dumb to have requirement same as what it does. not really hard to find new totem, when you see it with that perk...
Like that vs Detective's hunch, where you actually have to remember location of totems from distance and requirement is harder...
It's not really hard to find 1 totem, when you have so many guaranteed spawns on most maps.

See? your version has more alternatives, so no need for that...
Bond works all the time, this would show more things, but it has two requirements -> no item, need to find totem and it doesn't work all the time, so not really same thing...
