[Steam] Halloween Auric cells sale for Oni is not available

Minor inconvenience, but Oni is not on the Halloween sale and there are some players wanting to unlock him by using Auric cells. He can be bought for 500 cells right now, when Yui Kimura (from the same chapter) is 50% off.
