2 Changes and Survivors stop complaining about H:NoED
It should only activate if the last gen is completed in the first 8 minutes of the trial.
It should only activate on last gen completed, not exit gates powered (cannot activate from hatch close)

That could arguably end up worse for the survivors, assuming it can be cleansed faster than two minutes from last gen pop.
That wouldn’t fall in line with how other hexes reveal themselves. At the very least it needs to be more earned than ‘Hee hee had dull totem somewhere on map by fifth gen pop.’

I dont think NOED is a problem at all. The killer basically plays with 3 perks until all gens are finished. There are also several counter perks for it aswell if it annoys you so much.
Worst case if the survivors dont play the endgame stupidly but cant find the hex is that the killer gets one kill out of his perk.
