I honestly do not care for the face skins. So if the devs decide it has to go, go on.
But I'm having an issue with someone stating the claudette face is used for a (racist) reason, but not providing ANYTHING as a proof. I won't deny there might be idiots out there who choose the claud skins for exactly the proclaimed reasons. But I highly doubt the scale the OP is claiming.

People use it because it is the only free mask that you can tell is different. Jake and Dwight's faces are hard to tell from the survivor POV and Meg's is only obvious if he's face camping you. Your other options are to spend 5 dollars in the store. Some people just want a mask that other players can tell is unique. And they don't want to spend 5 dollars on it. I used the Claudette mask years back for this exact reason. People could tell I had a special cosmetic on. IMO if you're going to remove the Claudette one you need to remove all of them.
It's also up to the license holder to agree to the removal, which they have no reason to.

I played today with 3 Claudettes in team and I played Felix. Killer tunneled me since the start, never hit any Claudette and let all of them go and in the chat said he killed me because he hates Felix.
Please ban this player he's clearly racist and hates white people.

Like I've pointed out on the other thread, Claudette isn't the only "minority" that gets turned into a mask.
Jake is a racial minority as well and his face is also obtainable, but nobody is making fuss about that.
And funnily enough, Bubba wouldn't give two shites about what race he's skinning so why are all you people making a big deal anyway?
and if race isn't the problem and it's more of a skin color thing, then that's more of an insecurity issue than a social thing.

This has recently become a big issue and debate on Twitter. Most people I've seen defending this are saying that's it's not Bubba or the cosmetic itself that is racist, but the way people are using it.
People are claiming that others are using the cosmetic to, in fact be racist, on purpose. Now I haven't seen any proof of this yet, but that is what has been claimed multiple times.
Several POCs on Twitter are upset over the cosmetic, and if you're not POC, you're not allowed to form an opinion or be upset over the removal of the cosmetic, as it does not effect you (according to them). If you're not a POC, you're not allowed to tell them what they can/can't be upset over. The whole situation is ridiculous if you ask me.

Intent is what makes something racist, Bubba is not intending to be racist by wearing Claudette's face. In fact if anything he is being inclusive, he is a cannibalistic psycho with the brain of basically a small child, he can't even comprehend what 'racism' is.

Your post is full of assumptions, that you have no ground to claim is fact. The cosmetic itself is not blackface, in no way is the creators of the cosmetic or the fictional character "leatherface" using claudette's face to imitate and make fun of black people.
Always looking for stuff to attack and be offended by is not making the world a better place. We see trough this false virtue signaling, just stop it and give your mom a call and tell her how much she means to you. (That last part was not meant to be mean, its a nice gesture everyone should do more often.)

You can't know the intent behind WHY someone would wear it unless they express so, like being racist in the in game chat. And frankly no, being a certain race does NOT entitle you to exclusivity on commenting or feeling a certain way about any topic, even ones specifically talking about racial issues. That right there is not equality but a special pedestal they are placing themselves upon by choice, nothing about that is fair or equal. If any other race, ESPECIALLY white people tried to say this, they'd be mocked and rightfully so. Twitter is once again full of nothing but pure juvenile narcissistic morons.

Yeah, so, Not Queen doesn't say it's getting changed, just that Fog Whisperers were consulted and the community was asked. She also probably said this because of the skin color of the other people. She'd be stupid to say "it's not blackface" or disagree with their opinions directly since they'd immediately fire back at her.
Also doesn't refute any of the other arguments here. It's not blackface because it's literally wearing someone's face and Bubba is not doing the other things that go with blackface, you're low-key racist for wanting to exclude black people because of racism (even if you're quoting Twitter, which you definitely are since your mannerisms and word choice are that of Twitter), you don't want equality + you clearly want special privileges for black people.
