I think that I don't have to explain It, so would It work (Don't take into account the killer)
Explanation: I down a survivor, then, when I pick the survivor up, Starstruck would make ppl in my terror radious vulnerable, with Disstresing my terror radious would be bigger. Then with Iron Grasp and Agitation I would move more to have higher chances to make ppl vulnerable)
I hope ppl understood my explication.
So, would It work? Yes, no or would I have to change 1 or 2 perks?

that seems like a good build.

Builds like this are fun to use but rely on super altruist survivors. If you get a decent team who are slamming gens you wont get many fun moments to make this build work. Starstruck just doesn't last long enough in my opinion.

Yeah, I just want 2 use It for fun, because It would be difficult to sweat a game with it :D

I would replace distressing with mad grit, and down ppl with the guy on your sholder

could be fun.
you probably aren't going to get many downs though, since unless you trap someone you just won't find them.
maybe think about using hangman's trick somewhere and switching forced penance/madgrit in stead of starstruck.
