No matter in Europe or US time zone, it is not 13 yet.
But right after I play a game. My rank has been reset.
I was Iridescent III for Survivor and Iridescent II with three pips for Killer.
I need an answer, and put my rank back.

i just got a message saying my grade has been reset and given bloodpoints when i thought it was the 13th cause its always been the 13th and not the 3rd.

Hey I am still new to dbd , and I was gold one , and I tought I just made it to iridescent 5 , but in stead I got a end of season reward , and went back to ash 5 , is this a thing that happen when u first make it ? Or am I bugged
