New way hackers are avoiding reporting

Gday lads,

Just played a game with a hacker (again) and attempted to report them but their thumbs up/down icon was broken, their steam account was hidden and I couldn't even find their name searching steam community.

We need a better way to report these people because even with the evidence I have against them it's kind of useless if the devs don't even know who to ban.
