Make a Map Offerings Shop
I think there should be a separate shop for map offerings, maybe 20-25k bloodpoints per offering, but it would either be in the bloodweb or as a separate branch or something.
I would say to still have the offerings available in the blood web, but have a separate shop that has only the map offerings. You could even do it like the shrine of secrets shop and make it a weekly rotation of certain map offerings, but you can buy multiple times over maybe 5x or more. If a rotation of maps is to be done like the shrine of secrets for this shop i'd say it would be for the normal price of an offering in the bloodweb.
However if this was just a shop/bloodweb of all map offerings I think to be able to grab a guaranteed version of it whenever (not being gated by it being a weekly shop reset) would be 20-25k bloodpoints, or you could offer a discount of bloodpoints for certain maps every week but still have all maps available at the same time. (Basically like having 2 or 3 maps discounted in bloodpoints in the shop, but still have the option to choose any of the other maps just not at a discount)
The only issue I could think of with this is having people choose a certain map ALL the time, because obviously people have favorites, and the community collectively probably has an ultimate favorite they'd always choose. But if more than one person were to pick a certain other map it would just be a pool of those chosen maps. I think it would be a greater benefit than downfall, but maybe that's just me. To avoid this issue it would probably be best just to limit the amount of map offerings you could pick of the same kind, and to have a weekly reset on it.
I think this could be a great addition to the game speaking that there are a good amount of maps now, and more to come.
I would love this feature but knowing how unnecessarily competitive the people in this game are I feel like most people would like this feature, but know it would be possibly abused specifically by groups of survivors.

If you're not going to make yourself useful you could say why this could not be a great addition. Saying "No thanks." is as useless as using no mither.

Your opinion being "no thanks" is not helpful and barely even an opinion.
How could it be a bad idea? You still don't explain yourself, feedback is helpful and we are indeed in the feedback section.
If you would read through the thread I posted instead of speed reading it and posting "no thanks" you would see the possible work arounds to the "abuse" you mention.

Your opinion is "no thanks" that's barely an opinion.
Your now mentioning that it's too abusable. If you read through the thread properly then you could possibly see the workarounds that I've mentioned to avoid this said "abuse"
I crafted this idea because I want to play certain maps, but just don't have enough bloodpoints to waste just to find a single offering of the map I want. (To most likely not even find it)

That is if they are running as a team, and again how is this to be abused if you're not running against the same team of people over and over. Then eventually they will run out of those map offerings, and if it is only weekly and it's a weekly reset (specifically chosen, no repeats of last weeks chosen map offerings) then they're not going to be able to abuse this feature, and if so not for very long.
Most people are single players going into games. This is why i've mentioned that it would be probable to limit the amount of map offerings of a specific type that you could buy in this said shop to help avoid this issue but to please a majority. Specifically the ones that return for each new DLC that comes out. (which is a lot of people)

If you can say that then I can say if you don't see why this is a great addition then I think you take the game too seriously.
If you would read again what i've said. LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF A CERTAIN MAP(S) THEY CAN BUY.
A map could favor a killer or survivor regardless of the map. There could be a Michael Myers that does better in maps that don't favor him because they are good killers... vice versa.

I've been playing with xbox, and now pc for about 3 or 4 years now. So I'm not sure of total hours, but a lot.
"Limiting the amount of an offering that can be bought does nothing to alleviate the fact that this suggestion inherently favours survivors"
Who said killers cannot buy these same offerings in the shop? Obviously they cannot pick the same map they want multiple times in comparison to 4 separate survivors with different choices. Again though, for them all to pick a certain map would require either a full team or a half team which is not common at least from how much i've played. Most people single que.
However again, there are a bunch of other offerings that benefit the survivor more than just a simple map offering will.
And again, if survivors can only buy these map offerings once, maybe twice.. it's not being abused like you'd think it would. It would be uncommon.

Survivors would just buy haddonfield/baddham offering 24/7. This would be a terrible idea and I would hate it.

I'm not sure the point your making is good in comparison. As soon as I say how long i've played you dip out on the conversation. I get your point, but it pales in comparison.

They would be able to buy it only twice a week at most, and then when they run out of it they're out of it, and have to wait for next week for the shop to reset and it would not contain that same said map. It would be REALLY hard to abuse IMO.

You're being ignorant thinking i'm the only person wanting this. Says alot about you.

Well it's just my opinion!

Also the thread has only 40 or so views on it, there may or may not be people that come to agree with me or not.
I'm sure they can all see the flaws and otherwise to this idea. However, nothing is perfect including everything in this game. There will never be perfection to anything that involves ones opinion to another such as suvivor/killer.
It just depends on your point of view and your open-ness to the idea and new concepts..

Okay but adding the ability to have a weeky rotating shop for maps in specific is not detrimental. There are a PLETHERA of other things that are more detrimental.
This is as harmless as it can get for a new feature that would add quality of life for many people... for the try hards maybe not... but they'll just disconnect anyway, because they treat this game like it's an e-sport game for some odd reason.

Map offerings are a problem because many maps are not balanced and greatly favor survivors. Since maps will probably never be balanced, the best thing BHVR could do is to either completely remove map offerings or change them to prevent their associated maps from appearing when burned.

Honestly I think map offerings are bad for the game overall. They just lead to maps being requested by one side or the other much more often than other maps which gets to be annoying. I’d be perfectly happy if they took map offerings out altogether.

Yeah no.

Just remove map offerings.

Not a chance, I don't want to get sent to Lampkin Lane, Mother's Dwelling, or Badham every game.

I would buy 100 rpds, my dream

Just give us the shared inventories mobile players get, but map offerings are an unpleasant thing to see, as survivor or killer.
