The anticipation of sacrifice fills your mind with a thrilling focus.
You are still able to open lockers, damage generators, vault windows, and break pallets & walls whilst carrying a survivor. Whilst carrying a survivor, these actions will suffer a X% / X% / X% reduced speed penalty.
The survivors wiggle timer and progress will not be paused whilst performing these actions.
[unmentioned side effect - opening a locker which is occupied by a survivor, whilst you are carrying a survivor using this perk - will result in the same animation and effect that happens when survivors open lockers which are currently occupied by another survivor; otherwise you would reload your knives/hatchets or simply close the locker at the slowed down speed]

Barely any use, cool idea, but maybe pause the wiggle. Timer for some time, like mad grit, 2/3/4s.

That'd be reasonable for effects like pallet break and generator kick, but you don't want it to proc on locker search or window vault because then the killer could just hold someone hostage by never letting them wiggle out.
