Buffing clown to S tier

We all know clown is on the weaker side, so I thought itd be fun to list changes that slowly change him from his current all the way to an S tier. (Btw I dont want all these changes, I do want the first 2 changes though)

1. remove the double meme addons, confetti and swap colour addons

2. Make his bottles not share ammo, can even carry 4 of each at base. Reload refills both.

3. make the invigorate only affect you

4. Make the invigorate instant

5. Increase bottle effects by 5%

6. Hindered now makes you slow vault (even pallets, talk about overkill lol)

Simple changes, making clown insane strong. However the first two changes is all I want atm. I hate pointless addons and the shared bottles just limits the freedom of using the power

    I like my pissplosion bottles. I use them more than any other add on.

    I think the slow vaulting pallets is a little overkill. You wont stand a chance in a chase if that were implemented. I do understand that it's an anti-loop ability, but that shouldn't mean that survivors die solely because of the power existing. Clowns kit just kind of sucks really. It's not useful and I wish that the rework would've actually adressed this. All we got is a new mechanic thats rarely helpful and some QOL changes.

    Like I said I only want the first 2, I was just listing things you could do. His power is actually okay just needs tweaks not a full rework like people say.

    I just hate how my bottles share ammo lol

    Yeah the shared ammo is pretty dumb. It hinder what you can actually do with his power which should never be a thing.

    As a Clown main, invigoration should not be instant. Place bottle on you, instantly speed up, cheese the hit. It would also decrease Clown's skill cap and make him 10 times more annoying to go against.

    Also confetti is god tier, best meme add-on in the game, please keep it.

    I don't think Hindered should make you slow vault, since it already forces medium vaults on windows which can be powerful if you know what you're doing.

    I don't mind everything else though. In my opinion, invigoration should speed up the action speed of vaults and breaking pallets, as well as other actions.

    how is it cheesing hit? throwing purple bottles, instantly slowdown survivor so you get a hit. right now there is barely any reason to use yellow over pink. change 3 would help him use both bottles at the same time. it would help him a lot at loops and between loops.

    we can't have strong killers though that's illegal.

    Yellow bottles can counter W meta and can help you get hits in certain tiles, people just don't use the yellow bottle enough to experiment with it. The yellow bottle's activation timer encourages Clowns to think of a strategy before the gas activates, removing the activation timer would make him less strategic and decrease his skill cap. I play Clown and use the yellow bottle quite often every game so I know what I'm talking about.

    Strong killers can be strong as long as they take skill. Clown in his current state takes more skill if you use the yellow bottles, and for that reason he clearly needs buffs. However, adding no. 3 would make him take less skill while making him stronger, and we don't want that.

    yellow bottle activation time encourages survivors to leave tiles and reroute back to those set tiles wasting ammo. this is why people complain about his basic ammo count being 4.

    Activation time does not increase his skill-cap. He is always getting same reward which is ~12.5% speed boost for 5 seconds. It increases survivor skill-cap by giving more counter-play to the ability in which they do not need to defeat clown. It hinders his ability to get value from his ability.

    That sounds like extra steps to make a Legion who instead of vaulting makes vault useless against him and who can put survivors into dying state while being a speedy boy.

    S tier? More like triple S.

    Oh, I see. I personally think it should be 0.5 seconds less for the activation.
