Why does DbD not have some kind of social, more casual playlist?
I don't know about you guys, but I get kind of tired of the constant sweat of ranked matchmaking, especially since the MMR system seems to encourage bad gameplay from killers. It would be nice to have a more chill experience every now and again, especially when you just want to farm bloodpoints since you changed platforms and lost hundreds of hours of progress, like I did, without being tunneled and hook camped into a low score game.

Oh no, an apparently guy who only played dbd in his all gaming life. Because we all know no game ever has a casual + a competitive game mode, and because obviously casual mode means totally random matchmaking, like in league of legends for example, that you can totally face a challenger being yourself level 16 in casual games

Because there are not enough players for 2 game modes. Also survivors can still do generators without needing meta perks, however killers need meta slow down to win. Killers will only play the competitive mode.

It can't be casual when you're dicking around as a survivor instead of instantly searching for a gen and work on it, but the killer has Ruin/Undying/Tinkerer + best combo add-ons + try to get out asap 1 survivor of the game so he can have an absolute win. Oh and your team mates that are leaving you even if they were never hooked, because SBMM is based on the fact you have to survive, and only that, to increase your ELO.
Same for killers, it can't be casual when you're bringing some fun perks and add-ons (even without add-ons sometimes), with BP offering, and gens are flying around in seconds, with survivors that have DH, BT, green toolboxes, Boon, and Prove Thyself. You just hadn't the time to do anything.
There is a competitive/MMR (call it whatever you want, it's the same #########) ?
So there has to be a casual mode/Quick Game matchmaking.
