These should be more of overlays , that way players can utilise skins they like and have the blood on them.
thats pretty much it, they should act more of like an overlay than a separate skin.

Unfortunately, skinning is not so easy as to allow a "universal overlay" that can simply add blood effects with the push of a button. In order for the art team to make your idea come to life, they would need to make two versions of every single skin in the store/rift/etc (normal and bloodied).

Like a bucket that is poured over your clothes instead of the og bloody outfit. Allowing us to bloody the clothing of our choice would make prestiging actually worth it
